About Our Firm

Luis Vasquez is originally from Guatemala, but arrived in Waco, TX at a very young age. He grew up in Waco, TX and after completing high school and some classes at his local community college he moved to Austin, TX to attend the University of Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Government. He continued his education in Michigan, Luis graduated from Western Michigan Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. He came back to the University of Texas School of Law to obtain his LL.M.

Prior to starting his firm here in Waco, TX, Luis worked in Austin/San Antonio, TX at one of the largest personal injury firms and at a high volume immigration firm. During this time, he was able to get a vast of favorable results to the hundreds of clients he represented in both personal injury and immigration. Mr. Vasquez is excited to now come back to his hometown of Waco, TX with the valuable experience he acquired in both personal injury and immigration law and continue with the oath he took of zealously representing his clients.

Luis wished to work in personal injury for the same reason he worked in immigration law; to help people in their time of need. He believes he can make a positive difference in the lives of his clients and help them navigate through their time of crises. Luis is adamant about doing everything within his reach to make sure that happens.

Outside of being an attorney, Luis enjoys exploring the World with his wife Esmeralda who is also an immigration attorney. Luis’s favorite hobby is scuba diving. He became certified at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and has dived in many places around the World since becoming a certified diver.
